How to See the Good in Any Situation in 10 Minutes (or Less!)

Screwed up lately? Wish you’d not eaten that or not said something to someone? Or, are you dealing with something not-so-fun like a running injury or weight gain?

Hey, as “they” say, sh!t happens. And sometimes we do the wrong thing, make the not-so-great decision or generally just get a turn of bad luck. But, what I’ve learned over the years is that it’s what you do with what you’ve got that matters. And, you are the one who has control over giving those slip-ups power. In fact, it’s your perception that gives the events meaning — and sometimes, even in the bad, some good can be seen. (Even if it’s just learning not to do that thing again or feeling grateful for everything you do have in life!)

I recently shared a quick and easy 10-Minute Fix from our book, The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet, on The Huffington Post, and I thought it was a worthy of a share here, too.
