So, you know how we wrote that book? Well, we still think it’s pretty rad. And we thought it might be fun to do a little virtual book club situation, where each week we briefly discuss a chapter and then share one of our favorite 10-Minute Fixes from said chapter. Since we’re known for being pretty goofy, candid and (let’s be honest) make-up free and post-workout “glow” in most of our vids on YouTube, this should be fun. Real fun. After all, we’re real ladies putting these principles into action every day!

Since Erin and I live in different states (long-distance BFFs!), we’ll be trading off who does the video each week, but we guarantee we’ll make them as entertaining as possible. Even if our video-editing capabilities are that of a toddler. (Which, actually, with kids nowadays*, that might be giving us too much credit.) Regardless, we promise they’ll be full of information you can use RIGHT NOW to be healthier, fitter, happier and more confident.
