Knocked-Up Fitness Book and DVDs: Your Guide to a Fit Pregnancy

Knocked-Up Fitness Book Review

EricaZielbookErica’s book, The Knocked-Up Fitness Guide to Pregnancy, is a great complement to the prenatal DVDs. It’s super easy to navigate, and guides you through all four trimesters (after baby is the fourth!) with exercises to do for each. Five specific workouts are included to work you from head to toe, and while I generally prefer workout DVDs to books, these exercises are well-illustrated with pictures and descriptions that make them super easy to follow with just a glance. With tips on easing pregnancy pains, weekly to-dos, and even Erica’s Push Prep method that is designed to help you push your baby out more quickly, this book covers all the pregnancy basics. I love how she doesn’t leave out the postpartum phase either, and Erica’s got great tips on how to get back into fitness and running and exercise safely after baby comes.

Did you do any specific exercises to help you with delivery? —Erin
