From tips on breaking the pacifier habit to tricks to getting kids to eat their veggies, moms have a lot of knowledge to share with each other about their kids. But we know that those of you who make fitness and health a priority have tons of tricks up your sleeve from how to prioritize your workouts and get into the gym with your kids in tow to shortcuts you take to make a killer healthy meal that everyone will enjoy.
