Do You Know How to Say No?

how-to-say-no-585
I’ve always had a hard time going against the grain and saying no. I’m a people pleaser, and sometimes it feels easier to go along with the crowd or to do the expected thing rather than just saying no or ruffling any feathers. But you can certainly learn how to say no, and that’s what this week’s 10-minute fix from our The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet video series is all about!

Saying no is important in so many situations, particularly if you’ve gotten into bad or unhealthy habits with loved ones. And I’ve practiced it with my kids a lot lately. Sometimes I know it’s easier to just give in to their ridiculous demands and crazy emotions, but the more you say no, the easier it is. And the more they — and everyone else in your life — get used to boundaries!

We’ve got six more weeks to go in the series, so be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel so you don’t miss anything. And of course, if  you haven’t bought the book yet, you totally should so you can follow along each week! You can also hit us up on the social media with #FBGAntiDiet to show us how you’re living the anti-diet life — and let us know what you said no to recently!
