We strongly believe that creating meal plans based on delicious, nutritious food shouldn’t be a chore. After all, we’ve been compiling recipes to suit that purpose for more than a year now! Today, we’re sharing quick and easy recipes that you’ll love to make and everyone you’re feeding will love!

Quick and Easy Meal Plan

Monday: Mason Jar Salad. Take your pick, or create your own using your favorite veggies and protein.
Tuesday: Sweet and Savory Tempeh Tacos! Because you know you want to celebrate Taco Tuesday.
Wednesday: Hakuna Matata Frittata is the perfect no-worries dinner for getting over the Hump Day hump.
Thursday: One-Pot Quinoa, Chicken and Veggies will provide you with the fuel you need to finish out the week with a bang (but without dirtying all the dishes! Score!).
Friday: Mid Eastern Pork Tenderloin. This one looks a bit fancy, but we promise it’s a cinch (and also, you’re gonna love it)!
