You’ve probably read over and over again that protein is essential for a number of things — muscle growth, workout recovery, weight-loss, feeling full, powering your daily activities — but do you know how much protein you need a day? It’s a great and easy way to understand why protein is so darn important to eat — and a good guide to seeing how much protein you need a day to reach your goals and feel good. Because really, at the end of the day, isn’t that what we all want: to feel good? We think so!
