Here’s the deal. A lot of us say we “eat healthy,” yet don’t see the results we want. So what gives? Are we being totally honest with ourselves? Are we not setting ourselves up to make good decisions throughout the day? Are we avoiding something? Looking for something to do? Forgetting about extra nibbles here or there?

It’ll show you how to figure out where you’re making excuses (although we’ve been talking about healthy eating, the exercise really works for anything you’d like to change), and then make a plan to fix it.
