How to Love Your Flaws, No Matter What They Are!

We’ve got so much love for unconditional self-love around here. And as a mom, it’s an important trait to have and to model for our little ones. With that said though, we’d be lying if we said we wouldn’t change anything about ourselves if given the chance. (Pretty sure if you polled new moms, they’d probably want to get back to their pre-baby bodies a little faster.) In fact, for as much as we tout the self-love, we also encourage ourselves to be our own personal best. Which means growing!

This is exactly why we’re sharing this 10-Minute Fix from our The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet video series today! Moms, if you’ve ever had things you wish were different about yourself or your body or how you parent, here’s a fun way to turn those “cons” into funny pros — and then make a healthy plan to improve them! Heck, if you’ve got older kids, you can even do this exercise with them!

This video is just one in a whole series, so be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel to check them all out and see all the new videos we post in the future. Also, be sure to get a copy of our book for more tips and tricks for living a self-approved, totally awesome and healthy anti-diet life!
