Meal Plans: Grill Out While You Still Can!
Labor Day has come and gone, but in most parts of the country, the weather is still warm enough to enjoy dining — and cooking — al fresco, so this week’s meal plan is based on grilling. Grill it all!

Meal Plans: Grilling Out
Monday: Live it up on Meatless Monday with this grillable black bean, farro and nut burger. You’re probably going to want to top ’em with some grilled avocado, too.
Tuesday: Forget Taco Tuesday, but stick with the Mexican theme with these spicy grilled bison fajitas.
Wednesday: In the mood for seafood? How about some delicious grilled sockeye salmon, maybe with a side of charred caesar salad?
Thursday: It’s almost the weekend, so celebrate with a little trip to the tropics! Or at least, make it feel that way for a meal with this Jamaican jerk chicken. You might want a little grilled watermelon for dessert, too.
Friday: Start off with some grilled curly endive, and finish off the evening with pizza on the grill. Hint: You might want to grill some extra pizza for weekend leftovers!
