Stop Comparing Yourself to Others!

We’re all guilty of comparing ourselves to others. We see someone else take a fancy two-week overseas vacation, and we wonder why we only got to take a three-day weekend within driving distance. Or we see someone else’s stellar abs and wonder why ours have not achieved that level of chisel. Or we see another mom bounce back after having a baby while we’re still struggling to lose that stubborn 10 or 20 pounds we gained. But as easy as it is to compare yourself to others, we’ve gotta get over the comparison trap and love ourselves, no matter what. The entire tenth chapter in our book is all about loving yourself — because we think that’s one of the biggest keys to achieving your goals! In this video, I’m sharing a way to bust out of the comparison trap in just a few minutes!
