I love spending a cool fall day watching a game of football on TV. But what if you don’t have a few hours to just chill and relax during the big game? Or what if your husband is one to watch The Big Game … and then all of the other games on Sunday? You multitask with this football workout from Danielle Wechsler of CheerFIT! Do each of these moves for one minute, completing the circuit twice each quarter. That’ll add up to 40 minutes of exercise with built-in breaks to snuggle with your honey on the couch and grab some refreshments. (Who says you can’t have a nacho or chicken wing after a circuit? Not us!)
Even better: Get your husband or entire family to join in on the fun. It’s a small price to pay for a Sunday in front of the TV!
