The human body is one fascinating piece of machinery. Like a top of the line automobile, it comes loaded with every sensor imaginable. The brain is on a 24/7 shift, monitoring the body for any sign of distress. It literally takes the guess work out of keeping us in tip top shape — if only we’d listen.
