Workout We Want to Try: City Row

We’ve written about SELF Magazine’s Girl vs. Sweat series before, and it’s seriously awesome. Laura Prangley is HILARIOUS. We so want to work out with her. And hang out with her. This workout she did recently at City Row is no joke! And, it looks like she did a great job in it. It just kept going, and going, and going. I’ve done some rowing at my gym, and even just a few minutes on the rower can get your whole body (and lungs) burning. So a whole freakin’ class of it, plus weights and other stuff? I can only imagine!

Shoes are totally overrated, right? Laura: come work out barefoot with us!

    I take this class a few times per month, and it’s GREAT!!!! You sweat buckets and all of the instructors are amazing.
