SPOILER ALERT!* We’re recapping tonight’s The Biggest Loser episode (get all the recaps here!), so avert your eyes if you don’t want to know what happened.

First order of business — juggle the teams. Ali informed the contestants that whatever color was on the bottom of their kettlebell would be their new team. Rob stayed on the red team and Rondalee stuck with white. Everyone else was on a new team, and the red team had the heavy hitters on the scale.

Quote of the Week

From Scott: “I’ve had some experience walking into a new situation with a new jersey on, whether from college to the pros and then in the pros. Athletes — you like the continuity of things, you don’t like to change. But it never turns out to be a bad thing. That’s why, ultimately, I’m excited about this.”

Sonya was having a hard time switching teams. “I look down and I look like I’m bleeding,” she said of her red team shirt.

At Comeback Canyon, Bob sat down with Damien and talked about his glory days in football and how that discipline disappeared when he retired. “All of a sudden the weight starts coming on,” Damien said. “You blink an eye and say ‘How the hell did I get this big?’” Turns out he had lap-band surgery right after he retired and it was not the miracle he thought.

Chef Rocco’s Challenge

Chef Rocco diSpirito hasn’t been on The Biggest Loser in a while, and he was back to lead a cooking challenge. The winning team gets a pound advantage at the weigh-in. Egg whites were a popular ingredient for the teams — the white team did an omelet, the blue team did a frittata but the red team went with a turkey burger. The white team’s omelet and French toast was pretty impressive looking and, apparently, tasting because Chef Rocco chose them as the winner. Comeback Canyon Weigh-In

Would Jackie keep her streak alive or would Super Bowl champ Damien unseat her? Jackie lost 4 pounds while Damien lost 8. They both did really well, but it was time for Damien to be the champ again.

Ranch Weigh-In

The white team has a pound advantage. Would it factor into the results?

White Team

  • Scott: 9
  • Lori: 4
  • Rondalee: 3

Red Team

  • Sonya: 6
  • Rob: 8
  • Toma: 9

Blue Team

  • JJ: 8
  • Jordan: 2
  • Woody:15

Woody’s surprisingly large loss had the blue team victorious, making the white team the loser. Rondalee fell below the red line and went off to Comeback Canyon.

Jackie’s Update

Jackie is down 83 pounds and the “Inside Mommy” is now “Outside Mommy.”

What to Expect Next Week

Someone. Gains. A. Pound. Who could it be? In the preview, Dolvett seemed kinda ticked so was it a red team member?
