Rethink your snacks: I love cherries — I like them to be frozen, so I buy them in the frozen section, and they take a while to eat when they’re frozen because they’re hard and it takes me a while to eat them.
Keep pushing through: No matter when you start or what you do, you’re going to have relapses. Everybody gets them. So my philosophy is two steps forward for every step back.
Journal your food: I use My Fitness Pal, which is an application that we downloaded at the ranch. All the contestants use it so we can kind of dial in what our food is and how much it is so we know the exact calorie counts coming in and then we can gauge what our exercise is.
