Spice it up. One of the best things you can do for your body is to keep yourself challenged, and changing up the activity altogether is a great way to keep your body guessing. If you’re a boot camp devotee, try yoga. If you’re into yoga, hit up a dance class. Even if you’re in killer shape, you’ll be surprised at how challenging a different workout can be. Our Favorite Motivation Tip

Tie those laces. When you just don’t want to get up and at ‘em, put your shoes on anyway! We’ve found that simply putting on our workout duds can keep us from being a dud!
