It’s January 1, so you know what that means: It’s New Year New Rear Week!
Now in its fifth year (like whoa!), this annual tradition on FBG isn’t really about the size of your rear — although, you know, if a fitter and stronger booty is your goal in 2015 we can certainly help with that. Instead, New Year New Rear is all about you making the most of a fresh start. A new year gives you a blank slate to dream big, make a plan to go after those dreams and then reach them in all areas of your life. Yes, you can change and be your best at any time of year (we’re certainly fans of that), but January is a natural time to turn over those new fit leaves. And celebrate how awesome you are and how much awesomeness you’re going to continue to be in 2015!
So, for the whole entire next week and a half, we’re going to bring you so many fabulous posts that’ll help you to do just that. From a guide to being an FBG in the New Year to how to set resolutions that actually stick to expert tips and even the best fitness apps, it’ll be a HUGE celebration of all things fit bottomed. Plus, you know we like to bring gifts to the party — and this year is no different. Bookmark this page and check it often as we unveil a huge new giveaway each day, starting on Monday. It’s gonna be fun!
And if that wasn’t enough, there’s more! As we teased on Facebook a few months ago, we FBGs have been working hard on a little interactive something to take you to the next level.
