7. Happy Button. Ever wish you could just push a button and feel better? That’s the premise of Happy Button. The I Am Happy Project has a mission to “spread happiness globally, one person at a time.” Every day, you’ll hear a new inspiring, motivational message from one of 20 top life coaches from around the world.
Is it a little cheesy? Yes, a bit. But is it nice to get out of a stressful meeting or take 30 seconds away from work to hear how special and unique I am? Absolutely. I found myself listening to some messages multiple times during the day to refocus and calm down, and I even played a few clips for my husband and friends when they said they were feeling stressed. You can set an alarm to remind yourself to listen to a message, and rate your daily happiness scale to track the effect of this daily dose of positivity.

Great article!!! Haven’t heard of any of these in my search for great apps! I’m excited to use them
I wish they made the outdoors one for android. That seems really neat! I love my nexercise app being using it for years. Keeps me motivated 🙂 I’ll be trying this new sleep app. I could use it.

There’s something for everyone in there.
My must-have apps are MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal and Fitbit. I have them all connected and it’s nice that I can keep track of my exercise through MapMyFitness and my meals through MyFitnessPal and watch them all connect. I also live by my Fitbit app, my goal is to hit 10,000 steps a day and I will constantly look at it throughout the day to see where I’m at.
Love all these options — now need to figure out which one’s I can access. Thanks
I really like Lark, it’s a cool and at the same time useful app.
I also use ActivityTracker to monitor my physical metrics on a daily basis.

It’s lesser known, but definitely worth checking out.
