DIY Granola Bars

Store-bought granola bars are one thing, but these DIY granola bars with yummy apricot and coconut in them? Yeah, we’re a fan.

You can get the whole recipe over on Fit Bottomed Mamas here. And we totally encourage you to try it. There’s nothing like making your own food so that you know exactly what’s in it — plus, we swear things taste better when you make them yourself. Not to mention that you can actually freeze these, so they’re great to make in big batches and save for quick snacks and breakfasts on the go whenever you need ’em!

Ever made your own DIY granola bars? What flavors did you like best? I’m big on the freezer-meal/snack thing right now and want to try these, plus I want to make a big of batch of these energy balls! Jenn
