Gym Etiquette: 10 Dos and Don’ts

We’re far from being etiquette experts (with the amount of ball jokes and lack of showering up in here, I’m pretty certain of that), but when it comes to what’s cool and what’s not cool at the gym? Oh, yeah, we have thoughts on that.

And these gym etiquette tips that were recently featured on Fit Bottomed Mamas are fabulous. Some of them are basic and fab for the gym newcomer, and some of them are really great reminders. Because, you don’t want to be that girl (or dude) at the gym. Amiright?

What’s the worst gym etiquette offense you’ve seen? I could go on and on with naked tales from the locker room, but, I’ll spare ya. Jenn

    I add on my personal pet peeve, respecting the personal space of others. I’m not saying that you should expect to have the gym to yourself, but if I see someone on an elliptical, and there a several more open, I don’t hop on the one right next to theirs. I give them space. It’s like a bus seat to me.
