Knock Out the Sweat With This Gear

knockout-585We are no strangers to sweat around here. Delicate flowers who don’t sweat, we are not. So when Knock Out  — makers of Smart Panties — wanted to send us some items from its Workout Warriors line, who were we to say no? The company’s Smart Panties are thin and breathable to keep you dry, so I was curious to see what a workout line of gear could do.

Knock Out’s Workout Warriors collection is basic, but effective. It includes a Reversi-Tee ($39), a No Sweat Bra ($36), thong underwear ($17), and Anytime Pants ($60). The line is made of all natural cotton fabrics, but they don’t feel like your basic cotton; they feel higher tech than that thanks to the luxury Supima cotton that makes up all of Knock Out’s pieces. The pieces are all great at providing air flow and have great moisture-wicking power — both of which keep you dry, cool and comfortable. I wore the collection both during workouts and to bed at night (not on the same days), and I loved how they felt. Whether you’re working out or dealing with postpartum night sweats, these keep you cool and dry.

Like I said, they’re basic — they come in white, black, slate and pink, so don’t expect any fancy colors or patterns. And although the sports bra goes up to a D-cup size, I wouldn’t recommend it if you need a lot of support. It was comfortable for me for sleeping and for lower impact exercise, but I’d go for something sturdier if you need more support. My favorite item in the line was the pant. I have them in the slate, which is a nice change from my standard black yoga pant, and they are flattering and super comfy. Truly an “anytime” pant, I wear them all the time. Like maybe too much.

Do you sweat a lot? Go for the moisture-wicking gear no matter what?Erin
