Cocktails can be healthy? you ask. Oh, yes, they can be! Take for example this recipe for The Garden Variety by Owl’s Brew. Made with green juice, Owl’s Brew tea (made with English breakfast tea and agave) and a little liquor, it’s a very spring-time drink that we just had to share for Cocktails Week! And, yes, we still recommend everything in moderation … even drinks with green juice and tea.
- 1 part The Classic
- 1 part gin
- 2 parts green juice (your favorite store-bought or homemade one works!)
- Fresh thyme
- Shake with ice and strain.
- Garnish with fresh thyme.
