Monday, April 27: Green smoothies are the bomb dot com. And, we promise, way cooler than our 90s-a-fied slang. Make one and enjoy it today by reading up on this ultimate guide to making a smoothie.
Tuesday, April 28: ‘Tis the season for spring cleaning! And today we want you to “clean up” those excuses by following these tips, and then do your favorite workout for as long as you feel like it!
Wednesday, April 29: The Superhero Circuit Workout fun continues! For the final week you’re going to do the following moves three times through: 30 jumping jacks, 30 squats, 30 push-ups, 30 high-knees and 30 supermans! You. Got. This.
Thursday, April 30: It’s the final day of the April Fit Bottomed Challenge, and we’re ending it with a surprise. You know how you’ve been envisioning different parts of your ideal healthy superhero each week? Well, newsflash, we tend to most admire traits that we actually have deep down. And, through all of your hard work and self-discovery this month, there’s no doubt that all of those amazing things that your superhero can do, SO CAN YOU. (Except maybe, you know, fly and actually be a glitter-covered leopard. Wait, that’s just my superhero?!) So today, embrace your superhero powers fully! You’ve got the power!
