post-baby-body (1)
When you’re pregnant, your body slowly grows, allowing your brain to slowly adjust to what your belly is doing. But after childbirth, it’s an abrupt switch to the post-baby body. Your belly takes time to shrink back down, your boobs are doing things they’ve never done before and growing to insane proportions, and only maternity clothes fit. The pressure she felt — and put on herself — to bounce back quickly and how she’s coping with that and kicking the negative talk to the curb. Go check it out and tell us: How do you curb the self-deprecating talk? —Erin
