EverydayHappy Company: Gentle Products for the Fam

everyday-happy-585First of all, when a company has a product name like EverydayHappy it’s kind of hard to pass up a product sample. So how could I not want to try products when in addition, the company makes eco-friendly baby care goods AND offers to give me a hug? With three dirty kids, I knew I’d also be able to give the products a run for their money, so I was all in and ready to give them a whirl.

The EverydayHappy line includes everything from diapers to wipes, soap and shampoo, as well as specialty bundles, which are conveniently delivered to subscribers’ homes every month — making shopping as convenient for parents as possible! My kids and I tried head-to-toe body wash, hand wash, lotion and wipes.

I’ve had a fair amount of butt-wiping experience in my day, so I can say that the EverydayHappy Baby Wipes ($4.95) stood up to the test. They’re strong, soft, and perfectly moist. The Shampoo & Body Wash ($9.95) was gentle yet effective, with such a light scent that it’s barely noticeable. The only thing that I’d improve would be to add a pump dispenser as I’m typically bent over the bath tub, so one-handed baby wash action is super helpful. The liquid hand soap ($4.95) is gentle, which is especially needed after a rough winter that left my hands dry and painful (so much hand-washing with little kids!). To rescue my poor hands was my favorite product: Face and Body Lotion ($9.95). It’s super lightweight and easily absorbed; super effective without being greasy. I hate putting on lotion because I hate having to wait for it to absorb and be able to use my hands again and this had me back in butt-wiping business in no time. I found it gentle enough for my kids, my hands and my face. A good all-purpose product to have handy. (Har har!)

EverydayHappy is certified cruelty-free by PETA, a proud supporting member of the Organic Trade Association and honored to be a UNICEF partner. That means parents aren’t just taking care of their children with EverydayHappy, they’re providing for the planet and gifting happiness to others. Love that.

Stay tuned for Mother’s Day — we’ll be giving away some EverydayHappy products for you and your little ones! Until then, check them out on Facebook and Twitter! You can also get free samples, just pay for shipping and handling. —Erin
