Juice Cleanse vs. Raw Food Diet: What Would You Rather?
Even those of us who truly have intuitive eating down sometimes find ourselves … a little off track. Maybe a work project has forced you to work long hours and you’ve ended up hitting the drive-thru more often than you’d like, or the leftover spinach dip and cake from a recent party means your normal green smoothie breakfasts have been … well, spinach dip and birthday cake. (Hopefully not together. Although, now that I think about it, that might not be so awful.)
It’s cool. It happens to all of us to some extent. And sometimes, it’s nice to have a couple of days’ worth of healthy eats all mapped out for you, just to help you get back to your awesome habits.
Personally, I really enjoyed (like, waaay more than I expected to) a three-day juice cleanse. I felt awesome and it was ridiculously easy. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
However, Susan is not a fan of the juice cleanse, and instead prefers to get her reset on with some yummy raw eats.
Both are certainly effective, so the question is, what’s your preferred way to reset your eating habits?
