It’s the final week of the May Fit Bottomed Challenge*! This month’s theme has been all about getting your healthy living mojo back, and for this last week we want you to focus on not just being back on track but on finishing with gusto. You started strong, so let’s finish strong!
And here are your fit bottomed to-dos for the week!
What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: May 25-31
Monday, May 25: Finishing strong is about kicking excuses to the curb, so if you’ve been eating unhealthy foods because they’re “cheaper,” read this. Yes, you can eat healthy — and really well — on a budget!
Tuesday, May 26: Swimsuit season has started. But don’t freak! Read this feel-good post and feel better about your amazing body as it is, right now.
Wednesday, May 27: Got that number from last week’s Wednesday workout? Well it’s time to do the workout again — 20-minute AMRAP 0f 10 tricep dips, 10 push-ups, 10 plyo squats — and it’s time to beat your number. You can do it!
Thursday, May 28: As soon as you wake up, set a positive and healthy intention for the day. It can be something as simple as “I vow to take care of myself today,” or “I will stay positive,” or “I see myself making healthy decisions.” Whatever it is, set it, believe and then make it a reality.
Friday, May 29: So that Balance Workout you’ve been doing each week? It’s time to do it again — three times through and with your eyes closed. You so got this. (And remember: it being hard and you being challenged is a good thing!)
Saturday, May 30: Time to tack on another five minutes. This Saturday, we challenge you to do a full 35 minutes of fartleks!
Sunday, May 31: Last day! You did it! Time to celebrate by taking a success photo for doing the challenge. Flex your guns, smile, snap a sweaty selfie or even take a photo of your well-worn shoes.
