19 Thoughts Moms Have During Their First Postpartum Workout
- Yes! My first workout. This is going to be great!
- Oh yeah, I’m moving.
- Is that the baby crying?
- I’ll just check really quick.
- Ok, yay! Still sleeping.
- Back to it!
- Man, that feels different.
- That feels way harder than I remember.
- I’m still just warming up!?
- Awesome, a 2-second plank.
- Good thing I’ve got a supportive sports bra.
- I might need to double up next time.
- If I leak breast milk, it could be mistaken for sweat, right?
- My abs have seriously turned into jelly.
- If I pee myself, it could still be mistaken for sweat, right?
- Because, jumping, whoa.
- Wow, working out is so much easier compared to this.
- This feels good. I’m going to do this every day.
- OMG. My legs are shaking. I’m going to need at least a few days to recover.
