And it’s time to get even sweatier with the June Fit Bottomed Challenge*. Just a little more than a week left so make the most of it!
What to Expect This Week (and Next!) of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: June 22-30
Monday, June 22: We know it’s hot out there, so cool down with a crisp salad. We recommend one of these.
Tuesday, June 23: Work on that swimsuit confidence with these tips. After all, you look freakin’ fantastic.
Wednesday, June 24: House is trashed but you really want to go to the gym? Turn those chores into a workout. Really!
Thursday, June 25: We wanna know: What’s your favorite way to sweat? Tell @FitBottomedGirl for a chance to win a custom prize pack just for you (just like Jessica did)!
Friday, June 26: Hit the b-ball court for a sweaty and FUN time with this workout!
Saturday, June 27: Work that booty with some full-body burpees. This Saturday, we challenge you to do 20 of them!
Sunday, June 28: Pop on these summer tunes, and then do your favorite workout.
Monday, June 29: Get raw … with your eats! Eat at least one meal that’s raw today — or challenge yourself to go raw all day. Not sure where to start? Get some awesome raw food ideas and recipes here.
Tuesday, June 30: Fitness doesn’t look a certain way. Here’s proof. Then consider submitting your own story!
