Power Yoga for Beginners Workout That’s Just for You

power-yoga-for-beginners-585

We are happy to call Sean Vigue a virtual buddy — and Fit Bottomed Dude. For years, he’s been sharing workouts with us, and we’re always checking out his YouTube channel for new exercise ideas and motivation. And for the next month, we Fit Bottomed Girls are in for a treat because Sean created not one, not two, not three but FOUR yoga workouts just for us! And we’ll be unveiling a new one each week!

These yoga workouts are meant to build on each other. So this week’s is for beginners, next week’s will be a bit harder, and the next week even harder. Then the final week will be a bit of a bonus surprise. Feel free to do this beginners power yoga workout until you’ve fully mastered it, or if you think you’re ready, jump into the intermediate workout next week (find all of our workouts here). Do what’s right for you!

If you’ve been looking for the perfect beginner power yoga workout — one that’s fun, builds strength and that gives great direction on how to move and breathe in the poses — this is it. It’s 20 minutes of yoga that isn’t intimidating and feels great. Sean is the man. And we’re so thankful he’s created these amazing videos for us! Check out his Beginner Power Yoga Workout here or below!

  35. YogTravel says:

I am learning yoga from last few years and traveled through India, Nepal and China to learn different yoga style. Each and every destination thought me different thing about yoga. Yoga in India completely different from Yoga in China. West world Yoga gone really different than Indian as well.

Most important thing to get benefited from yoga & medication is stay on basics when you do any experiment.
