And for the next month, we Fit Bottomed Girls are in for a treat because Sean created not one, not two, not three but FOUR yoga workouts just for us! And we’ll be unveiling a new one each week!
These yoga workouts are meant to build on each other. So this week’s is for beginners, next week’s will be a bit harder, and the next week even harder. Then the final week will be a bit of a bonus surprise. Feel free to do this beginners power yoga workout until you’ve fully mastered it, or if you think you’re ready, jump into the intermediate workout next week (find all of our workouts here).
