It’s summer! And summer means time outside, relaxation in the pool and SWEAT.

So with all of that in mind, we give you this month’s Fit Bottomed Challenge: Gonna Make You Sweat! (And yes, it’s totally appropriate to sing this song right about now.)

Since last month was all about getting back on track, this month we want to take y’all to the next level with daily challenges that improve your fitness, body confidence and your eats. Here’s what you can expect this first week of the June Fit Bottomed Challenge!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: June 1-7

Monday, June 1: Did you know that spicy foods can actually help to rev up your metabolism and improve your health? Get the scoop here and commit to eating something spicy today!

Tuesday, June 2: Looking great is really about feeling great. So today, wear something that makes you feel fabulous. It can be a special workout outfit, that scarf that brings out the color in your eyes, a skirt that highlights your strong legs or even a big chunky necklace you love. Wear it!

Wednesday, June 3: Forget selfies; we dig sweaty selfies! So today we want you to snap a sweaty selfie and tag @FitBottomedGirl so that we can see it (and maybe share it), too! You just might win some fit goodies …

Thursday, June 4: Strike a pose. No really! Read this and then take a power posture today. Feel the power!

Friday, June 5: Get sweaty with your favorite workout set to this sweaty workout playlist.

Saturday, June 6: How many burpees can you do in 5 minutes? Set a timer and count!

Sunday, June 7: It’s Sunday Funday! And we want you to get sweaty with an indoor hot yoga class or by doing some yoga poses outside — like these!
