Baked Sweet Potato Fries (and Yes, They’re Crispy!)
I’ve used a lot of different ingredients when it comes to making baked sweet potato fries — I’ve gone a little sweet with a little sugar and cinnamon, savory with salt and basil, and spicy with chili powder. But the one thing I always strive for is a good crunch. I mean, who wants a soggy fry?
