That’s the truth, right? No matter where you are and what your goals are, the advice to basically try, try, try again always works. So this week, make your final push STRONG!

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: July 27-31

Monday, July 27: Over on Fit Bottomed Eats, Susan had the best idea. And we’re stealing — er, we mean borrowing — it. Commit to drinking a smoothie or eating a salad each day this week. It’s an easy way to get all those awesome fruits and veggies in.

Tuesday, July 28: Love Pinterest but find yourself pinning only images of perfection? Create a positive body image board on Pinterest that’s full of quotes, memes, images and feel-good advice and workouts that inspire you to love yourself as you are. Want a good place to start? Follow our Love Yo’Self board!

Wednesday, July 29: Your final Work It Wednesday is to again do as many “harder” push-ups as you can in 5 minutes. And this week, try to beat your number from last week. Celebrate how much stronger you’ve gotten!

Thursday, July 30: How has this month changed you? Tell us on Instagram or Twitter (@FitBottomedGirl) with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win a free fit prize pack customized just for you!

Friday, July 31: Let’s end the month with a bang. Like, 40 minutes of your fave cardio plus 30 push-ups! You’ve been working all month for this!

Good job, all! And, yep, we’ll announce the August Fit Bottomed Challenge on August 3. It’s going to be hot, hot, hot! —Jenn
