One-Song Workout

Every heard of a “micro-workout?” We are absolutely smitten with the concept! They’re short but tough HIIT workouts that get your heart rate up and having you working at full intensity for just a few minutes. Do a couple a day when you’re short on time to keep up your fitness, boost your energy and feel the burn! While you could do a Tabata here or there, we think this one-song workout — which is a take on the micro-workout — from Dr. Sean M. Wells for bistroMD is not only brilliant, but it’s also darn fun. It perfectly syncs with the hit song “Sugar” by Maroon 5 — something that we think is pretty, um, sahweet!
