4 Workouts to Take You From Summer to Fall

Step 3: Jam

Even if you work out in a gym and you can’t play your own music, pick out songs that make you feel happy and JAM. My definition of “jamming” is dancing or singing or running with a smile to whatever music makes you happy. Studies have shown (or at least my studies of all my athletes in the gym) that if people are working out to music they enjoy they will work out harder and more efficiently. Thus, I’m sold! If you like Katy Perry or 50 Cent, blast it in your iPhone and get moving.
