Boost Your Energy With These 3 Healthy Drinks

Who doesn’t want more energy? Especially when it comes from natural sources? Because although coffee is delicious, sometimes it’s good to mix up your beverages … and these three healthy drinks all feature special ingredients that will help boost your energy naturally!

1. Aloha Daily Good Greens

I’d love to have a green juice every day. But, one, it can be way expensive to buy. Two, if you make it at home, it takes time and SO MUCH PRODUCE. And, three, because it’s so fresh, it’s hard to have on hand for say, an energy pick-me-up when you’re on the go. Which is exactly why Aloha Daily Good Greens landed on our fit foodie radar. Filled with two servings of fruits and veggies and made from whole-food ingredients, these pouches turn into instant green juice when you add water. Or, boost your energy by adding them to your morning oatmeal or a smoothie. There’s no wrong way to do it!

2. RUNA Clean Energy Zero Tea

Anything that calls itself an “energy drink” always makes us a bit skeptical. (After all, it’s not like Red Bull is a health food.) But, RUNA teas — a line of organic, non-GMO ready-to-drink teas that are made from guayusa leaves — is a new healthy drink we’re really digging and that’s worth the hype (celebs like Channing Tatum, Sofia Vergara, Olivia Wilde and Kristen Bell are drinking it). With as much caffeine as coffee and twice the antioxidants of green tea, the RUNA Clean Energy Zero Tea tastes like a mild tea that’s just a touch sweet (all natural — there’s no sugar or stevia added). It’s really tasty and refreshing — and totally gives you a mild, feel-good energy burst.

3. Chia Burst

Chia is known as one of those superfoods that help to boost your energy, and we’re loving these little packets that are great on the go. Simply add water and boom, you have a drink with chia seeds (organic, raw, vegan, Kosher and non-GMO) that’s refreshing, delicious and high in antioxidants and omega-3s. While you do have to keep stirring these once mixed because the chia seeds sink to the bottom, we’re obsessed enough with the subtle yet delicious not overly sweet Pomegranate-Hibiscus flavor to not mind too much.
Another good way to boost your energy naturally? Work out! Hehe. Jenn
