Got a Sugar Addiction? Cut Back With These Drink Swaps

Sodaholic? Latte lover? We all have our vices, and for lots and lots of people, sugary, sweetened, calorie-laden drinks are right there at the top of the list.
But, if you’re looking to sip on something a bit healthier, we might be able to help. My Fitness Pal just came out with this cute infographic suggesting some simple drink swaps that cut back on sugar. And no, they’re not just telling you to chug water.
(Although, you know, we do have some fun options for water if you want to go that route … )
