A Week of Dorm Room Workouts

Monday: BeFiT Intensity: HIIT with Weights Workout — Scott Herman

Here are the details for this dorm room workout:

  • 2 rounds per circuit
  • 30 seconds per exercise, AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
  • No rest between exercises or rounds in circuits
  • Rest 1 minute MAX between circuits

Circuit 1

  1. Squat Press
  2. Bent-Over Alternating Row
  3. Janda Sit-Up

Circuit 2

  1. Spider-Man Push-Up
  2. Sit-Through
  3. Bent-Over Fly

Circuit 3

  1. Fast Feet To Push-Up
  2. Swivel Crunch
  3. Single-Leg Dead Lifts

Circuit 4

  • Complete all nine moves above as fast as you can, 30 seconds per exercise.
