Here are the details for this dorm room workout:
- 2 rounds per circuit
- 30 seconds per exercise, AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
- No rest between exercises or rounds in circuits
- Rest 1 minute MAX between circuits
Circuit 1
- Squat Press
- Bent-Over Alternating Row
- Janda Sit-Up
Circuit 2
- Spider-Man Push-Up
- Sit-Through
- Bent-Over Fly
Circuit 3
- Fast Feet To Push-Up
- Swivel Crunch
- Single-Leg Dead Lifts
Circuit 4
- Complete all nine moves above as fast as you can, 30 seconds per exercise.
