- 2 rounds per circuit
- 60 seconds per exercise, AMRAP
- Rest 30 seconds MAX between exercise
- Rest 30 seconds MAX between circuits
Circuit 1
- High Knees
- Jumping Jack
- Burpee
Circuit 2
- Skater
- Jump Squat
- Toe Jumps
Circuit 3
- Heisman
- Hot Feet (alternating lunge)
- Mountain Climber
Rest for 15 seconds then go into the Ab Burnout Routine right away!
- 1 round
- NO REST between exercises
- 30 seconds per exercise, AMRAP

- Bicycle Crunch
- Floor Wiper
