Wednesday: Total Body Weight Loss Workout Level 1 (Calisthenics), BeFit in 30 Extreme

Dorm room workout deets!

  • 2 rounds per circuit
  • 60 seconds per exercise, AMRAP
  • Rest 30 seconds MAX between exercise
  • Rest 30 seconds MAX between circuits

Circuit 1

  1. High Knees
  2. Jumping Jack
  3. Burpee

Circuit 2

  1. Skater
  2. Jump Squat
  3. Toe Jumps

Circuit 3

  1. Heisman
  2. Hot Feet (alternating lunge)
  3. Mountain Climber

Rest for 15 seconds then go into the Ab Burnout Routine right away!

  • 1 round
  • NO REST between exercises
  • 30 seconds per exercise, AMRAP

Ab Burnout Routine

  1. Bicycle Crunch
  2. Floor Wiper
