Friday: Total Body Conditioning Workout, Level 2, BeFit in 30 Extreme

Here’s what you’re going to do …

  • 2 rounds per circuit
  • 60 seconds per exercise, AMRAP
  • Rest 30 seconds MAX between exercise
  • Rest 45 seconds MAX between circuits

Circuit 1

  1. Rotating Skier Jump
  2. Groiner
  3. Plank Push-Up

Circuit 2

  1. Double Tuck
  2. Lateral Shuffle Drop
  3. Hop Hop Tuck

Circuit 3

  1. Plank Salute
  2. Butt Kick
  3. Fast Feet Sprawl

Rest for 15 seconds then go into the Finishing Move right away!

Finishing Move 

  • 60 seconds, AMRAP
  • Salute Groiners
