- 60 seconds per exercise, AMRAP
- Rest 30 seconds MAX between exercise
- Rest 45 seconds MAX between circuits

- Rotating Skier Jump
- Groiner
- Plank Push-Up
Circuit 2
- Double Tuck
- Lateral Shuffle Drop
- Hop Hop Tuck
Circuit 3
- Plank Salute
- Butt Kick
- Fast Feet Sprawl
Rest for 15 seconds then go into the Finishing Move right away!
Finishing Move
- 60 seconds, AMRAP
- Salute Groiners
