Sunday: Extreme Cardio Abs Fat Blast Workout, Level 3, BeFit in 30 Extreme

Do this, be awesome:

  • 2 rounds per circuit
  • 60 seconds per exercise, AMRAP
  • Rest 15 seconds MAX between exercise
  • Rest 45 seconds MAX between circuits

Circuit 1

  1. Plié Jump Squat
  2. High to Low With Rotation
  3. Power Up
  4. Power V-Up

Circuit 2

  1. Swing 90 Turns
  2. Jump Side Kick
  3. Stir the Pot Lunge
  4. Boat Rotation

Circuit 3

  1. Russians
  2. Push-Up Jack
  3. Frogger
  4. X-Out

NO REST: Immediately go into the Finishing Move!

Finishing Move

  • 30 seconds, AMRAP
  • Isometric Ab Rocker 30 Seconds
