There are all sorts of stressors that you face every day — and it might begin from the very moment you wake up to a buzzing alarm clock. Rushing out of the house in the morning, frantically meeting deadlines at work and dealing with stressful relationships all begin to add up.
Eventually chronic stress can set in, and when this happens your body might experience fatigue, slow recovery after intense workouts and even have an inability to lose weight. That’s why it’s so important to consciously make time to de-stress.
Here’s a morning de-stress routine that I use. It only takes a few minutes and will help you start your day feeling stress-free!
