And a bit of a challenge to get your body moving? Ladies (and gents!), you have come to the right place. October’s Fit Bottomed Challenge* is all about celebrating YOU and your inner light. (And — spoiler — it ties into upcoming Be-YOU-tiful Week!)

Yep, we’ve got a whole month of fun feel-good challenges plus your favorite is back: burpees! Check out what to expect for these first few days.

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: October 1-4

Thursday, October 1: We’re kicking things off by posing the question: “What makes you authentically YOU and truly be-YOU-tiful?” Tell us on Twitter or Instagram (@FitBottomedGirl) with #FBGChallenge for a chance to win a free fit prize pack customized just for you (U.S. only, please).

Friday, October 2: Repeat after us: It’s only five minutes … today, set your time for five minutes and see how many burpees you can complete. Be sure to count how many you get and write your number down. (Yep, you’ll see this one again!)

Saturday, October 3: It’s a booty-full Saturday and we want you to dance with your bad self for at least 10 minutes. Power up your dance party with one of these epic high-energy playlists.

Sunday, October 4: Today’s challenge is simple: Get outside for a 20-minute walk or run or combo walk/run. As you do it, feel the air on your beautiful face, the wind in your gorgeous hair and know in your bones that you are amazing, free and perfectly YOU.
