By now, I’m sure you know that we rarely pass up a recipe for protein-packed, nutritious, delicious snacks. And we never pass up an opportunity to make a ball joke. I mean … really.
So, clearly, when Grokker (yep, we’re affiliates, and proud of it!) said they had a recipe for gluten-free chia apricot protein balls, we were balls-to-the-wall excited! And when we learned that this high-protein snack required no baking … well. We knew you’d be seriously pumped about it, too.
