What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: October 26-31
Monday, October 26: Get a mood boost by eating outside today over lunch. Studies show it can make you feel more positive!
Tuesday, October 27: Read this. We may be well out of swimsuit season, but it’s still a fantastic reminder of what’s really important in life.
Wednesday, October 28: Is it just us or is the week of Halloween extra fun? (It MIGHT be all the candy.) Makes us feel like a kid again! (It MIGHT be all the costumes.) Embrace your inner youngster with this fun playground workout.
Thursday, October 29: Time to get deep. Ask yourself: Am I holding myself back at all?
Friday, October 30: It’s time to choose your own adventure, FBG style. Do burpees for either 5 or 10 minutes. It’s up to you. Fun, eh?
Saturday, October 31: Happy Halloween! Throw your own dance party to that ultimate dance workout playlist you created last week — or to these spooktacular tunes! Dancing is one of our fave ways to stay healthy and fit on this oh-so fun holiday!
