Whenever I don’t have much time, I really have to maximize my workouts. Sometimes I only have 10 minutes at the gym before I get called to the child care center. Sometimes I only have 10 minutes at home before kiddo crises occur that derail my plans. I like to make my workouts count in a short amount of time — and we’re firm believers that you don’t need a lot of time to get results as long as you’re consistent and push yourself while you’re doing it. This workout is 10 moves, each done for one minute each. We recommend a short warm-up and cool down, too.
10 Moves, 10 Minutes Workout
This is one of those workouts that’s a little bit of cardio, a little bit of strength. It’s one of those that’s perfect when you just don’t have it in you to do a full workout but you know that you can manage 10 minutes. You can always do 10 minutes!
