It’s November! And with November comes Thanksgiving. And with Thanksgiving comes giving thanks. And with giving thanks, comes happiness.

Which is why the November Fit Bottomed Challenge* is all about giving you an “attitude of gratitude”! Attitude … gratitude. Man, we love a good rhyme.

What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: November 2-8

Monday, November 2: So much of our life isn’t just about what happens to us, but it’s about how we perceive those things to be. Even our food. Read this super interesting study, and then make a point to see your food in a healthy way!

Tuesday, November 3: You are more than the scale. A lesson that’s important any time of year, but especially during the holiday craziness. Reclaim your scale in 10 minutes with this exercise.

Wednesday, November 4: Ever done an AMRAP workout. Try this one today!

Thursday, November 5: What are you grateful for? Share 10 things you’re oh-so thankful for with us (@FitBottomedGirl) and #FBGChallenge for a chance to win free fit goodies (U.S. only, pretty please)!

Friday, November 6: Take the 3-Minute Roxanne Burpee Challenge. You’ll never hear the song in the same way again — and we think that’s kinda awesome.

Saturday, November 7: It’s a Booty-full Saturday, so celebrate with 20 minutes of your favorite cardio followed by 10 lunges (with good form!) on each side to work that fit bottom!

Sunday, November 8: You know what’s really fun? Group runs and workouts. And they can be a great way to keep your workout mojo going as the weather gets cooler and the hours of daylight drop. So today, brainstorm a few group workouts you want to try. (Nervous to join a group run? Read this!) And keep that list on hand for next week …
