Do You Use a Grocery List App?

grocery list appDo you use a grocery list app? It’s been proven (and proven, and proven) that having a list in hand when you go to the supermarket not only saves you money, but also helps you stick to healthier choices, but the old school paper notebook list that so many of us rely on has a few flaws. For one, well, if you remember to actually bring it with you more than 60 percent of the time, I give you props. Plus, it can only be in one place at one time, so if it’s sitting on the kitchen counter when you happen to find yourself at the grocery store for something else, you can’t exactly refer to it to jog your memory about what else you need to buy.
But the right grocery store app solves all those problems (plus a few more I hadn’t even thought of). Erin’s been giving this one a whirl, and she shared the whole scoop over at Fit Bottomed Mamas. If you’ve ever considered going digital with your shopping list (food or otherwise!), you’re gonna want to see just how life-changing it can be.
So, tell me. Do you already use a grocery or other shopping list app? Which other ones should I be checking out? —Kristen
