December Fit Bottomed Challenge Week 4: Merry Fitness
Happy Christmas Week! I don’t know about you, but my week is jam-packed with lots of fun holiday to-dos and get-togethers, plus, well, of course, the December Holiday Hustle Fit Bottomed Challenge*!
And this week is extra special.
What to Expect This Week of the Fit Bottomed Challenge: December 21-27
Monday, December 21: Today, get inspired with our favorite holiday recipes and make something festive. And healthy.
Tuesday, December 22: Do you have a favorite healthy holiday memory? Share it with us (@FitBottomedGirl) and use #FBGChallenge for a chance to win free fit goodies (U.S. only, please).
Wednesday, December 23: Remember how you did a HIIT workout last week? Well, it’s time to do one again. This one to be precise. (It’s a quickie but a goodie — and only requires your bodyweight!)
Thursday, December 24: On this Christmas Eve, we want you to remember to embrace the challenge. Here’s how.
Friday, December 25: Happy Christmas! Today, enjoy the holiday. Christmas cookies and all.
Saturday, December 26: Set a timer and jog for as long as you can. Record your number and compare it to week 1. Dang you’re becoming a hustler!
Sunday, December 27: We’re down to the last few days of the year, and we want you to reflect on all that you’ve accomplished — large and small feats of fitness and otherwise. Wow, you’re amazing. Be proud of what you’ve done in 2015!
